WHAT YOU’D BE DOING:

• Review and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Reconcile purchase orders
• Enter and process bills and refunds
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Help transition office to a paperless environment

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Fluency in English.
• A typing rate of AT LEAST 40 words per minute.
• High School diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong Multitasking Ability.
• Previous administrative or office management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• $37,440 Base Pay (18.00 hourly)
• $3,600 Health Insurance Contribution
• $800 Estimated Royalty (0.38 hourly)
