Salary: $120,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• I have 15+ years of experience in IT and enterprise architecture, with a hands-on engineering background (preferably in Java/.NET).
• I possess 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 1 year focused on Generative and Agentic AI.
• I am well-versed in model training techniques such as SFT, RLHF, LoRA/QLoRA, RAG, and evaluation pipelines.
• I hold architect-level certifications from at least two hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• I have deep expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, including CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance.
• I demonstrate a proven track record in CxO-level advisory and strategic AI engagements.
• I am familiar with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, EU AI Act, Responsible AI).
• I exemplify strong leadership experience in mentoring and nurturing cross-functional AI teams.

Responsibilities:

• I will design and implement modular, cloud-native AI platforms that integrate LLMs, SLMs, and multi-agent orchestration while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
• I lead executive-level discussions to define AI roadmaps and investment strategies, serving as the primary architect for major client accounts.
• I deliver customized AI use cases across industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• I oversee the complete model development process, including data preparation, training, fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF, LoRA), deployment, and optimization.
• I establish enterprise-grade pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and compliance, while defining governance frameworks for agent lifecycle management.
• I build and lead AI capability teams, mentor architects and engineers, contribute to hiring strategies, and support succession planning.
• I collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), ISVs, and startups to co-develop offerings and influence partner roadmaps.
• I publish white papers, contribute to patents, and represent Cognizant in executive roundtables and industry forums.

The annual salary for this position will range from $120K to $165K, depending on experience and the qualifications of the chosen candidate. This role also qualifies for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance, subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
