About This Role

We are seeking a Temporary Associate Creative Director (ART), Social with food industry experience who has a deep passion for people and how they activate on the internet. You'll need to lead brands, connect our brands to culture and have demonstrated consistency with creating groundbreaking campaigns. You will invent social tactics, mentor junior associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. We want to make beautiful things for the internet in whatever format is deemed most relevant. We stand out in the market because every detail is considered. If you are a true Social native, working on organic, in-tone creative social content on a daily basis, you may be a great fit for this role.

Key Accountabilities

In this role you will:

• Deliver integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and executions
• Realize the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency
• Collaborate with partner in craft and cross-department teams to develop work
• Work closely with the creative department to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage worthy creative work to impact a client's business to great effect
• Take ownership for the delivery of the client's brand vision
• Creatively support the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
• Champion and define the creative process and output

Person Specification

• 5+ years experience in an advertising or agency setting
• Food Industry experience
• Production experience with the ability to guide creatives through the production process.
• High level of proficiency with full Adobe Creative Suite (video edit/motion graphics not required)
• Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
• We move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you need to love building relationships with our awesome clients.
• Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $61.00 - $98.89. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
