About the Role:
We're looking for talented BCBAs to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing ABA programs, collaborating with families and professionals, and providing clinical supervision to mid-level supervisors and behavior interventionists. What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and implement a wide range of ABA programs.
Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs to individual needs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences.
Meet with, train, and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior interventionists.
Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports.
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior plans.
Assist in developing adaptive skills.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and/or schools.
Supervise ABA programs to help clients learn various skills.
Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Define target behaviors and write treatment goals, coordinating evidence-based programs and interventions.
Model and teach support staff how to implement intervention strategies.
Set up and maintain ABA session schedules and manage adjustments.
Meet with families/caregivers (in-clinic or via telehealth) weekly to review progress and consult on treatment plans.
What You'll Need:
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid).
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA certification.
Work Environment:
Hybrid remote (in-clinic and work-from-home options).
In-person services provided in Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and Sacramento counties.
Clients are children and adolescents up to 18 years old from California.
Schedule:
Full-time.
Monday to Friday.
Weekends as needed (for in-home clients).
