Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually + sign-on bonus + monthly bonuses

About the Role:
As a BCBA with us, you'll be a Qualified Autism Service Professional, providing clinical supervision and overseeing programs implemented by mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists. You'll provide behavioral health treatment, develop and implement treatment plans, and have training and experience in serving individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.
Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor ABA programs to individual needs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
Meet with, train, and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and direct care staff (Behavior Interventionists).
Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports.
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools (VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland-III, etc.).
Develop and oversee the implementation of behavioral plans.
Assist in developing adaptive skills for clients in school, home, and community settings.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and/or schools.
Supervise ABA programs to help clients learn skills related to daily routines, stress coping, play and social interactions, communication, task attention, safety awareness, and self-help.
Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff to support clients within natural routines.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and support staff.
Define target behaviors and write treatment goals, coordinating evidence-based programs, reinforcement, and antecedent management strategies.
Model and teach support staff how to implement intervention strategies.
Set up and maintain ABA session schedules and manage adjustments/cancellations.
Meet with families/caregivers weekly (in-clinic or via telehealth) to review progress and consult on treatment plans.
What You'll Bring:
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California Driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid).
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA Certification.
Job Type: Full-time, in-person/hybrid
Patient Demographics: Children and adolescents (up to 18 years old) from California.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed (for in-home clients).
Work Setting: In-clinic and work from home.
