• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
Join a Fortune 500 company delivering critical support to customers during open enrollment. This role ensures clients receive accurate and timely assistance with benefits inquiries, helping to resolve claims issues and maintain a high level of service satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding benefits troubleshooting
• Document detailed claim and service issues in client systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow up with insurance carriers to resolve customer concerns
• Participate in Zoom meetings during work hours with a professional, camera-ready presence
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MUST be Spanish Bilingual
• 2+ years of recent call center experience (benefits service center highly preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
• College degree preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience assisting customers with healthcare or insurance benefits
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities
