Hey there! We're Merzbacher's, a local bakery with a simple mission: make great bread that brings people together. We're looking for passionate folks to join our team and help us continue this tasty journey.

What We're About
We love bread – not just eating it, but making it with care:

• We use locally milled flour because it's fresh and supports our neighbors
• We experiment with yeasted and sourdough pre-ferments for better flavor
• We've invested in good equipment to treat our dough right

If you visit our bakery, you'll see we take bread seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're just regular people who really like making good food.

The Job
Our bread-making process has three main parts: mixing, shaping, and baking. Here's how you might fit in:

• New to baking? You'll start with shaping, learning the basics
• Got some experience? You'll work your way up to the ovens
• Mixing is for our most experienced team members

Pay and Growth
We start at about $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) and there's room to grow. There will be a management position opening up withing the next 6-9 months. We'll teach you everything we know about baking, but your attitude and work ethic are up to you. Show us you're eager to learn and work hard, and we'll make sure you're rewarded.
