What You’ll Do Business Development & Strategic Growth * Identify, pitch, and secure high-traffic, high-value vending locations. * Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and manage inbound interest. * Strategize and execute local market growth plans. Client Relationship Management * Provide exceptional partner support and service. * Identify upsell opportunities and improve retention. Performance & Data Analysis * Monitor route sales, inventory flow, and key performance metrics. * Use insights to drive operational and financial improvements. Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight * Forecast product needs using machine and route data. * Coordinate warehouse and fulfillment teams for timely replenishment. Route Optimization & Warehouse Management * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. * Continuously improve routing, servicing, and fulfillment processes. Customer Experience & Support * Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or payment issues quickly. * Handle customer escalations with urgency and professionalism. Financial & Operational Oversight * Manage local P&L, expenses, and reporting. * Ensure accurate revenue sharing and financial documentation. Who You Are * Experienced Operator: 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or general management. Experience in vending, franchise, or retail is a strong advantage. * Detail-Driven & Reliable: You know the little things add up to big results. * Organized Multitasker: You’re comfortable juggling people, priorities, and processes. * Confident Communicator: Professional, persuasive, and clear in all interactions. * Tech- & Finance-Savvy: Comfortable with inventory software and basic financials. * Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, fast-moving, and proactive. * Chicago-Based & Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally.
