Client Success Manager - Performance Marketing
Location: Remote (Must reside in Colorado or New York)
Employment Type: Full-time (W2)
Compensation: $65,000 annually + Health Insurance + Wellness Benefits + Quarterly Bonuses
About the Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing and love helping clients succeed? We're looking for a Client Success Manager with deep expertise in cross-channel performance marketing to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands full-funnel advertising strategies—from building awareness to driving conversions—and knows how different marketing channels work together to achieve results.
You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and guiding them through their marketing strategy. Whether it's explaining attribution models, discussing the impact of Connected TV in a media mix, or optimizing ad performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok, you'll be leading the way.
Beyond your technical knowledge, your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key. You'll lead weekly client meetings, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure our clients feel confident in their marketing investments.
What You'll Do
Strategic Media Management
Develop and oversee cross-channel marketing strategies to drive client success
Understand and explain how different marketing tactics work together (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Analyze view-through and click-through attribution across multiple platforms
Optimize media spend and channel mix based on performance data
Guide clients on brand awareness strategies like Connected TV and measurement best practices
Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation
Client Leadership & Communication
Lead weekly client meetings with confidence and strategic insights
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable next steps
Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions before they impact performance
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication
Present performance updates that connect marketing metrics to real business outcomes
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Monitor and analyze cross-channel performance metrics
Ensure campaign optimizations are executed effectively
Collaborate with internal teams on creative asset development and deployment
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Run independent analysis reports (80% of the time without strategist involvement)
Customize and maintain client dashboards
Identify and present growth opportunities for each account
What We're Looking For
Marketing Expertise
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
Experience with Connected TV advertising and measurement
Deep knowledge of attribution modeling and conversion tracking
Expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platforms
Understanding of how different channels support each stage of the customer journey
Analytics & Reporting
Ability to analyze cross-channel attribution data
Experience with view-through and click-through conversion analysis
Proficiency in creating and presenting performance reports
Understanding of various attribution windows and how they impact strategy
Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and client success roles
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience with remote collaboration tools
