Job Description
Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) - Remote (CO or NY)
Overview
We're looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager with deep expertise in cross-channel performance marketing. If you have a strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies—covering everything from brand awareness to conversions—and know how different marketing channels work together to drive results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading strategy discussions, and ensuring marketing campaigns deliver outstanding performance. You should feel confident explaining the differences between view-through and click-through conversions, guiding clients through attribution modeling, and demonstrating how Connected TV fits into a modern media mix.
Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone with strong communication and relationship management abilities—someone who can translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and lead weekly client meetings with confidence.
What You'll Do

Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation across channels.
Client Leadership & Communication
Lead weekly client meetings, offering strategic insights and performance updates.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact performance.
Maintain strong relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
Present performance reports that connect marketing metrics to business goals.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Monitor and analyze cross-channel marketing performance.
Ensure campaign optimizations are implemented effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams on creative asset development and execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign reporting.
Conduct independent performance analyses (80% without strategist involvement).
Customize and maintain client dashboards.
Identify and present opportunities for account growth.
