Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Entry-Level Compliance Analyst (1) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that our company's operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and providing support to various departments to maintain compliance standards.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.​
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.​
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management.​
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.​
  • Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.​
  • Provide support during internal and external compliance investigations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs to employees.​
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned based on shifting business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies.​
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.​
