**Internship/Externship Opportunity - Hospitality/Culinary/Pastry Program**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inventory Management:** Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels, conducting regular checks, and maintaining proper storage practices to ensure freshness and availability.

- **Menu Planning & Presentation:** Participate in menu planning and meal preparation, contributing to the presentation of dishes that enhance the overall guest experience.

- **Cleanliness & Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service execution and a seamless guest experience.

- **Banquet & Catering Exposure:** Gain valuable experience in banquet and catering operations by assisting with setup and breakdown for events.

- **Learning from Experts:** Shadow experienced chefs and hospitality managers to learn industry best practices and gain insights into the field.

- **Event Planning Contribution:** Contribute to the planning and execution of events, ensuring attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.

- **Professional Development:** Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and educational workshops to enhance your learning and professional growth.

- **Cost-Effective Practices:** Observe and implement strategies for cost-effectiveness, including energy conservation and waste reduction.
