Crown & Bridge Dental Technician – Lansdale, PA

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Dental Technician to join our well-established dental laboratory located in Lansdale, PA . The ideal candidate will be proficient in contouring, with additional skills in metal framework fabrication and stain & glaze application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality contouring on a variety of crown & bridge cases.
• Execute some metal framework work , ensuring proper fit and design.
• Apply stain & glaze techniques to achieve natural aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Continuously ensure cases meet the laboratory’s high standards for accuracy and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a crown & bridge dental lab setting.
• Strong skills in contouring and occlusion.
• Basic proficiency in metal framework fabrication.
• Experience with stain and glaze techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
