**Inventory Analyst**
**What will you do?**
A day in the life of an Inventory Analyst at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure the company meets its operational goals. This role involves analyzing inventory data, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory management strategies. The Inventory analyst consistently collaborates with finance, sales operations, and commercial teams.

+ Analyze Inventory Levels: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to determine reorder points and safety stock levels.
+ Forecast Demand: Use data analysis to predict future inventory needs and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
+ Conduct Audits: Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
+ Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
+ Optimize Inventory: Develop strategies to minimize costs, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
+ Prepare Reports: Generate and present inventory reports to management.
+ Vendor Communication: Assist in creating purchase orders and communicate with vendors regarding inventory needs.
+ Implement Policies: Help implement and maintain inventory management policies and procedures.

**Hiring Range** **:**
$56,347.83 USD - $70,434.78 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
