Job Description

Are you a digital marketing generalist with strong WordPress and email chops? Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit in the insurance space, is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a temporary, fully remote role. You’ll support everything from email campaigns and website updates to light design and performance reporting. To hit the ground running, you’ll need at least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with confidence using WordPress, Google Analytics, email platforms, and Canva. You Will:

  • Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Serve as editor to the website, creating content and landing pages using SEO, and making revisions as needed
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, site performance, and engagement levels
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies, build campaigns, and report on email results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support member recruitment, onboarding, and engagement campaigns
  • Support paid advertising campaigns to promote events
  • Contribute light graphic design to Canva templates and coordinate with external designers on complex projects
You Have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of direct marketing experience including website and email management, campaign execution, and performance measurement; experience in associations is a plus
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective project management and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and Adobe Creative Cloud
Location: Remote (must be able to work Central Time Zone hours) Logistics:
  • Start Date/Duration: Starting 4/21 through Mid-July
  • Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
  • Onsite/Offsite: Remote working CT hours (*Must be based in the US)
