Pay : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus bonuses and incentives.

As a Dispatcher , you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by coordinating between customers and technicians. You’ll:
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
Prioritize tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Maximize technician productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
Be the go-to person to ensure every job flows seamlessly.

1+ years of dispatching experience preferred (call center or similar experience a plus).
Must pass a drug test and maintain a clean criminal background.
Willing to work 40 hours a week on-site in our Rocky Mount, VA, call center.
Available for on-call duties once a month after hours to remotely answer phones.
Open to training the right person—no experience required if you’re the perfect fit!
