Job Description

KUR, Inc. is looking for a talented Catalog Analyst to join our team at our brand new Embr Dispensary in Springfield, MA! This is a full-time position with the schedule to include weekends and holidays.  A Catalog Analyst is expected to work five eight hour shifts per week and must have open availability to include weekends, opening and closing shifts, and holidays. The pay is $20.00/hr.

Job Description:

As a Catalog Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our product catalogs. You will be responsible for tracking inventory, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Organize and track product inventory systematically.
- Pack online, curbside, and in-store orders promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on local, state, and Bureau of Cannabis Control regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Barcode all new inventory and ensure compatibility with the Point of Sale system.
- Assist with daily and weekly cycle counts, inventory evaluation, and verification procedures.
- Provide timely notification to the Inventory Manager regarding any discrepancies found, facilitating thorough investigations.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Team Lead to maintain accurate records of non-stock and unavailable inventory.
- Implement and manage cannabis waste procedures, including scheduling and completion.
- Create and maintain a calendar for all upcoming product expiration dates.
- Maintain an updated list of all quarantined products.
- Operate in adherence to all Bureau of Cannabis Control protocols.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain comprehensive catalogs for all incoming products, including accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
- Ensure that product pricing aligns with invoices and is consistently updated across all catalog entries.
- Conduct weekly audits to confirm no duplicate catalogs exist for the same item, ensuring a streamlined inventory system.
- Collaborate with team members across three store locations to ensure uniformity in catalog information and inventory management.
- Assist with general inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels, processing incoming shipments, and participating in inventory counts.
- Monitor the website to ensure product listings are accurate and that customer reviews maintain a five-star rating for all locations.
- Help prepare and manage deal sheets for each store, ensuring that promotions and pricing information are current and accurately reflected.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies related to product descriptions or pricing.
- Maintain organized records of all inventory-related documents and communications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory management, cataloging, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations within the cannabis industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
