Job Description

This position will be full time, $16 per hour to start with future growth and higher paying opportunities with consistent demonstrated competency and quality workmanship.
EXPECTED HOURS : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Make quality electrical connections using crimping and splicing methods
Perform soldering, fusing, or welding operations with extreme attention to detail and according to industry standards
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Learn and adhere to safety procedures at all times
Fabricate and/or assemble products using proper tools (such as pneumatic tools, reamer, drill, ratchet and sockets, impact wrench, etc)
Qualifications
Demonstrated reliable attendance
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with other technicians
Ability to take initiative and at times work on multiple projects without supervision
Willingness to participate in safety measures / training
Strong communication skills
