Job Title : Epic Systems Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Configure, test, and maintain Epic modules to support clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
• Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather system requirements and optimize Epic functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related technical issues and provide end-user support.
• Assist in Epic system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic Reporting Workbench, Clarity, or Caboodle.
• Support integration of Epic with other healthcare applications and third-party systems.
• Ensure system compliance with HIPAA, security policies, and healthcare IT regulations.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

• Experience as an Epic Systems Analyst or similar role in a healthcare IT environment.
• Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Resolute, Willow, or Cadence).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and EHR best practices.
• Experience with Epic system build, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL, data extraction, and Epic reporting tools such as Clarity or Caboodle.
• Experience in HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data exchange standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Epic MyChart, Telehealth, or Population Health modules.
• Knowledge of cloud-based EHR solutions and integrations.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
