Role: Commercial Roofing Estimator – Reroof Projects

Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Benefits & Bonus Potential

We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator who knows the Tampa market inside and out and can bring local relationships, sharp numbers, and field-proven judgment to the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the estimating process for reroof projects on commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Put your knowledge of TPO, PVC, BUR, Mod Bit, Metal, and Coatings to work building competitive, accurate bids.
• Leverage your local network of vendors, subs, and manufacturers to sharpen pricing and delivery.
• Partner with PMs and Supers to ensure smooth handoff and flawless execution.
• Stay sharp on Tampa market pricing, codes, and permitting —you’ll be the go-to guy for local knowledge.
• Represent the company at pre-bid meetings and client presentations.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–7+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience, preferably with a focus on reroofing.
• Proven success with Tampa Bay market bids and vendor relationships.
• Tech-savvy with EDGE, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software .
• Strong communicator and negotiator who thrives under deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running multiple estimates at once.
• OSHA 10/30 a plus.
