Events Meeting Manager is responsible for soliciting and managing catering business, including meetings, social events, weddings, and other group function, with focus on maximizing revenue and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. • Consult with clients in Westminster, CO, US to identify event needs, such as guest count and venue size, and address client requests to ensure seamless event execution
• Collaborate with the Chef to plan menus and create special dishes tailored to the dietary restrictions or preferences of clients
• Manage budgets effectively and negotiate contracts with clients to deliver high-quality catering services
• Solicit new catering business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building within the community and surrounding markets
• Capture Weddings, Quinceanera's and Social Events
• Keep up with trends and maintain our social media platforms

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event coordination
• Attention to detail and a strong emphasis on customer service are essential qualities
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving event requirements and timelines is crucial
• Exceptional organizational skills are needed to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client and staff interactions
• Proficiency in using Salesforce is preferred for this role
• Familiarity with Hilton brand standards is a plus!
