Our client, a well-established PE firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a team of junior to senior-level professionals (approximately 10–12 individuals). This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, handling a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare/distribute meeting materials
- Arrange and coordinate complex, multi-city business travel; manage related itineraries and expense reimbursements
- Maintain files, correspondence, and confidential documents with accuracy and organization
- Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion
- Support compliance reporting requirements for each executive as needed
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across the firm to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Step in to provide coverage or support when other EAs are out of office or need assistance
- Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed
REQUIREMENTS: - Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience as an admin professional supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
HOURS: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Monday through Fridays in person
SALARY: $100K–$120K base + discretionary bonus + 100% covered medical, dental, and vision + 15 days PTO + additional outstanding benefits ($130K total cash comp).
