FastTrax Entertainment is Southwest Florida’s newest, largest indoor go-kart and entertainment facility. Featuring a multi-level kart track, duckpin bowling, arcade, virtual reality, and Nemo’s Trackside Grill, FastTrax is the ultimate place for fun. We’re looking for energetic, personable Hosts to be the first smiling faces our guests see when they arrive!
As a Host, you are the front line of guest experience at FastTrax. You’ll welcome guests, answer questions, assist with reservations, and set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The ideal candidate is upbeat, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently using our system.
Guide guests to their tables, lanes, or event spaces.
Communicate wait times and assist with guest inquiries about attractions, food, and promotions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entryway.
Coordinate with servers, event staff, and management to ensure smooth guest flow.
Provide knowledgeable answers about FastTrax attractions and offerings.
Uphold safety, service, and appearance standards at all times.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment.
Previous host or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Must be at least 16 years old.
