Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position is responsible for managing daily HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, administering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. + Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation. + Administer benefits, leave of absence programs, and payroll support. + Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. + Support performance management processes and employee development. + Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary. + Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA). + Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. + Assist with HR reporting and data analytics. + Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Requirements ualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
