Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. + Facilitate HR processes and provide guidance on policies and procedures to employees and managers. + Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. + Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in enrollments and related processes. + Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning strategies. + Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. + Assist in creating and implementing training programs to support employee development. + Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters promptly and effectively. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or related HR role. + Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations is a plus.
