Responsibilities:

Client Assistance:

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Booking and Reservations:

• Assist clients with securing hotel reservations, checking availability, and finalizing bookings.
• Ensure all reservations are accurate and aligned with client requirements and budget considerations.
• Confirm bookings and send detailed reservation information, including itineraries and payment confirmations.

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay updated on popular travel destinations, hotel amenities, and current promotions.
• Share insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions about their accommodations.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using company systems.
• Process payments and ensure timely communication of booking confirmations.
• Manage changes, cancellations, or adjustments to existing reservations as needed.
