Job Title: Senior IAM Engineer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

The Senior IAM Engineer will be responsible for supporting the adoption and rollout of Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations for internal, SaaS, and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, managing, maintaining, and securing Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Forest-Domain-Trust management .

This role requires working closely with application and service owners to implement modern authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth , while also supporting legacy authentication. The role also includes monitoring and alerting for domain services, participating in Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) exercises , automating tasks where possible, and ensuring compliance with regulatory security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (On-Prem) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) .
• Implement and support modern authentication patterns including SAML, OAuth, and ADFS .
• Maintain PKI infrastructure , including Certificate Authorities (CA) and Keyfactor PKI Management .
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Domain Services, AD Sites-&-Services, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) .
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and MS Graph .
• Work with Splunk to create dashboards and generate reports for monitoring security events.
• Support the Security and Enterprise teams in enforcing IAM-related compliance and standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, utilizing Jira and Confluence to track engineering tasks and document processes.
• Provide IAM expertise for ITDR exercises and assist in identifying areas for automation and improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems .
• Expert knowledge of Directory Services protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, Auth0, etc.).
• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID Services (AAD) and on-prem Active Directory environments .
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and administration.
• Working knowledge of PKI and CA, including Keyfactor PKI Management .
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment , leveraging Jira and Confluence .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA) .
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles .
• Prior experience in regulatory compliance related to IAM.
• Familiarity with cloud identity solutions beyond Microsoft Entra ID (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity) .
