Job Description

We’re looking for a Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory operations and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a key role where your expertise in testing, analysis, and quality control will drive excellence in our metal finishing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lab operations to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
• Manage the analysis and control of metal finishing solutions.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment for consistent results.
• Coordinate with purchasing for chemical inventory management.
• Monitor and adjust temperature, pH, and chemistry of plating baths.
• Oversee tank maintenance to support production.
• Ensure products meet strict quality standards through regular testing.
• Resolve quality issues with production and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of lab management experience in manufacturing or plating.
• CEF Certification required.
• Experience with wet chemical analysis and AS9100 quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
