Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily landscaping operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job site.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and efficiency.
• Monitor team safety, PPE usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Submit accurate work orders and job records at the end of each day.
• Read and interpret blueprints or job plans to assign tasks effectively.
• Support training, mentoring, and performance feedback for crew members.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and yard space.

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of landscaping experience required.
• 1+ year of leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to manage priorities and lead by example.
• Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and safety awareness.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor, hands-on role in all weather conditions.
• Extended hours during peak landscaping seasons.
• Physical role involving lifting, equipment use, and manual labor.
• Regular exposure to dust, pollen, insects, machinery, and noise.
