We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Rep/Landscape Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and designing customized landscape solutions that meet their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, strong sales skills, and a keen eye for design.

Top Responsibilities and Duties:
Follow Precision Landscape Management sales processes including proposal development.
Collaborate with the client to determine the vision for their outdoor space.
Draft design concepts to show the client and get approval.
Drive the sales and design portion of our Design/Build process.
Meet or exceed your sales goal.
Collaborate with the Design/Build team as they bring your concept to life.
Requirements and Qualifications:

High-end sales: 3+ years (preferred)
Landscape Design: 3+ years (preferred)
AutoCAD or design software experience and skills
Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping
Horticultural experience
Sales & estimating experience
Excellent people skills
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or landscape design

Compensation
Hourly - Full-time
$60,000/yr plus commission. Successful sales reps make 100k+ each year
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture or landscape design
Sales & estimating experience
Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping
Landscape Design: 3+ years
High-end sales: 3+ years
Horticulture experience
