What You'll Be Doing:
Build Strong Connections: Cultivate and maintain relationships with your existing clients and database.
Generate Exciting Leads: Market loan products to our extensive database and expand your network.
Grow Your Network: Establish and nurture relationships with realtors, CPAs, and other referral sources.
Network and Connect: Represent our company at industry events and lead-generating activities.
Guide Homebuyers: Counsel and pre-qualify potential homebuyers, helping them navigate the loan process.
Process Applications: Complete loan applications accurately and efficiently.
Ensure Compliance: Gather necessary documentation while adhering to mortgage lending regulations.
Monitor Loan Progress: Track loan progress and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with all parties involved in the loan process.
Enjoy Flexibility: Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with access to our offices.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Mortgage Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a proven track record of self-generated loan production.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Encompass and/or Calyx Point.
Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of mortgage products, programs, regulations, and loan processing.
Drive and Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a drive for success.
NMLS License: National NMLS registration.
