Your MBA Role Potential

I am seeking a highly motivated, driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join my small initial team and Mastermind Group to become a key leader for all marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales scripts and marketing materials, teaching your scripts and tactics to salespeople and evolving the script as proof of concept is realized and the marketing model starts to shift to a more inbound model. You can quickly be a key player in shaping my company's marketing directions and your place within my company for both responsibilities and income potential with truly no limits where you can go.

Your MBA Responsibilities

1. Successfully close a few Monster Brochures with 4 to 16 advertisers per brochure with 3 or more Monster Brochure Niches so you can apply and confirm your scripts and processes work which will also put monthly income over $10,000 per month.

2. Begin getting involved in the hiring process in conjunction with myself in interviewing and qualifying applicants.

3. Start creating more streamline marketing methods for each of our 7 marketing niches and assigning different salespeople to focus on individual niches

4. You will be involved in how we craft a commission structure that rewards all our salespeople a monthly residual that includes a huge monthly bonus for you based on your team’s production.

5. Most important – become a key member of my Mastermind Group – I am sure you are familiar with Napolean Hill and how powerful a Mastermind Group is in assure absolute success. Many other products and services will be introduced in addition to the 3 outlined above. You will be very involved in introducing other products already developed and ready for introduction to increase commissions for salespeople and earnings for all at MBA.
