This opportunity for a Maternal Child Health is with a faith-based, mission-driven, non-profit medical center that has been providing quality patient care to its community for over with over 5 years. This relatively new and beautiful medical center is home to 90+ patient beds.
The OB / Postpartum RN in this role assumes responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients and their families to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The RN is dedicated to promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process and patient care standards while demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care and the organization’s mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in nursing or a bachelor’s degree. Candidates with nursing experience in postpartum or NICU care, with a solid knowledge base specific to this specialty will make for quick interviews! The position offers a balanced schedule of 12-hour shifts (7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM).

The unit features a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, ensuring personalized attention for every patient in a 10-bed unit that serves a diverse community across several counties in Southwest Kansas.
