**Role Overview:**
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving mortgage product and service innovation based on consumer insights. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with various business units to foster growth, engagement, and optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze market data to extract actionable insights regarding consumer needs and trends.
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative mortgage product initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor market conditions and assess potential impacts on product lines, identifying opportunities and threats.
- Proactively track product performance and recommend adjustments to strategies based on data analysis.
- Manage product profitability and conduct regular pricing and fee analyses.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, IT, and Operations on go-to-market strategies and product campaigns.
- Support product training initiatives in partnership with the Education & Learning team.
- Work with Data Analytics to report on member and product management metrics.
- Conduct research to ensure product offerings align with consumer demand.
- Develop pilot programs and test initiatives for new products and services.
- Manage relationships with third-party partners to align with corporate priorities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- **Experience:** 5 to 8 years in product management, specifically with mortgage products.
- **Knowledge & Skills:**
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and member demographics in Arizona.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or SAFe methodologies preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with a forward-thinking approach.
- Familiarity with mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or mortgage loan officer.
- Proficient in interactive data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills.
