Nursery Nurse (EYFS) to join our welcoming early years team in
Wigan . This is a
full-time, permanent role , starting as soon as possible, offering the chance to play a key role in supporting children's learning and development at the very start of their education journey.
About The Role - Work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support children's learning, play and development.
- Help to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to at least Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
- Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play.
- Nurturing, patient and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills.
- A team player who is flexible, proactive and dedicated to supporting every child to reach their potential.

As The Deputy Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include - Alongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
- You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
- Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
- The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams
- Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
Benefits The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £50,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.
