Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Part-Time Office Assistant will provide support to daily office operations within CTSI‘s New York City Office and occasionally within our Long Island Office.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in printing various documents for field inspections.
  • Assist with project-related clerical work by scanning and emailing field documents.
  • Serves as an intermediary between other office staff and CTSI‘s field staff.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as document processing, answering phones, taking memos, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Fill out and process a variety of forms and applications in accordance with instructions.
  • Provide support in updating and maintaining records and data.
  • Assist in the resolution of IT issues that arise within the office (if necessary).
  • Assist with office organization, supplies orders, mailing, and running errands (if necessary).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Basic familiarity in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic knowledge in IT and computers helpful.
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • A high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal).
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office in NYC as well as Long Island if needed.

Note : Training will take place at out Long Island office location for the first two months of the employment.Ability to commute to Long Island during the training period is a must.
