At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Oracle programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organisation. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. In this area, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

The Opportunity
As part of the Oracle PMO team you assist clients with implementation and support of Oracle Cloud in a PM capacity. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You lead, monitor, and maintain progress of project plans to achieve delivery of the key stages and goals within agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality, and assess risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with implementation and support of Oracle Cloud
- Lead and manage client accounts and teams
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Solve and analyze complex problems to develop quality deliverables
- Lead, monitor, and maintain progress of project plans
- Deliver key stages and goals
- Assess risks and issues and maintain logs
- Develop and implement contingency plans

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Agile Certification preferred
- Oracle Cloud Certification preferred
- Assisting clients with implementation and support of Oracle Cloud
- Working with client team to confirm scope and objectives
- Leading and monitoring progress of project plans
- Assessing risks and issues by maintaining logs
- Demonstrating skills in project management and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions
- Possessing advanced knowledge in consulting and designing Oracle Cloud solutions

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
