**Job Title: Painter Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Painter Helper to assist with paint preparation, including sanding and deburring parts to ensure they are ready for the paint booth. This role involves stationary work on a stand and is highly repetitive, requiring attention to detail and stamina. **Responsibilities** + Prepare parts for painting by sanding and deburring. + Work consistently on a stationary work stand. + Perform repetitive tasks with precision. + Utilize hand tools efficiently for paint preparation. + Ensure cleanliness and readiness of parts for the paint booth. + Assist with sandblasting and blasting as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in paint preparation and industrial sanding. + Proficiency in using hand tools for cleaning and preparation. + Comfortable working 10-hour days and every Saturday. + Familiarity with sandblasting and blasting processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience. + Knowledge of deburring techniques. **Why Work Here?** Once you become a permanent employee, you will receive full medical benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, and profit sharing opportunities. The environment is loud, with multiple departments operating simultaneously. Employees should be prepared for a bustling and energetic workplace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
