What we offer: + The opportunity to be part of a well-established service line. + Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package + Additional fully funded Pension in addition to 403(b) Savings Plan + Relocation Assistance + Sign-On Bonus + Student loan repayment for qualified candidates \#HEC **Responsibilities** + Under the direction of a physician, provides direct patient care including gathering detailed history and performing physical exams + Performs or orders tests and interprets results + Administers therapeutic procedures as directed + Instructs on care and maintains written charts and records on patients + Maintains appropriate manual and electronic records (EMR) + Outpatient Volume: 20 or more patients seen daily + Typical work week is Mon-Fri , 40 hours weekly, clinic only **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing + Compact state or Arizona RN license + Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license + National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations + Must possess strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities + Must demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and independent problem solving abilities + Valid DEA registration + American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider **Preferred** + PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support **Pay Range** $51.99 - $68.17 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
