Job Title : Pega QA Lead

Location : Alpharetta (1st priority) - GA ,Oakland (2nd priority) CA, San Francisco (3rd priority) CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

• We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Lead with a strong background in Pega technology and a proven track record in test automation.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance with recent leadership experience in automation testing preferably in the healthcare domain .
• Relevant certifications and hands on experience with automation tools are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation efforts for Pega based applications ensuring robust and scalable test strategies
• Collaborate with product owners developers and business stakeholders to define quality goals and testing requirements
• Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for functional regression and performance testing
• Mentor and guide QA team members in automation practices test planning and execution
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage automation frameworks and quality processes Identify and manage test data requirements test environments and defect triaging
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards especially within the healthcare domain
• Communicate testing progress results and risks to leadership and project teams

Required Skills

• Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years in a lead role
• Strong expertise in Pega technology and working knowledge of Pega test strategies and tools
• Mandatory experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium UFT TestNG Cucumber or similar
• Proficiency in scripting languages Java Python or similar for test automation Experience in CI CD integration and version control systems eg Jenkins Git Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Relevant QA Automation certifications e g ISTQB Certified Pega Business Architect or CSA preferred
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a significant advantage
