The Perioperative Nursing Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and will oversee a team of nursing staff, including OR, PACU, ASC, GI Lab, Cardiology, Cath Lab, Clinic Operations, and Therapy Services. This role will collaborate closely with department managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of patient care.

The Perioperative Nursing Director will lead a high-energy, 10-operating-room suite that handles a significant volume of surgical cases annually. This state-of-the-art department is known for its collaborative and supportive environment, where exceptional MDs, skilled technicians, and dedicated nursing staff work together to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. The Perioperative Nursing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure clinical excellence and patient safety.
