QualificationsMinimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab InternLicensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York StateValid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan Pay Range Per Visit:If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for all areas other than Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $70- $75 per visit.If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job for the Bronx, the hiring range is as follows: $90 - $95 per visit.
