GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: As Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be the go-to person for PicoBong’s brand positioning, product launch strategies and yearly campaigns, working with talented designers, copywriters and communications specialists to generate amazing content for diverse owned and earned media channels. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPSThe PicoBong Brand Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Brand Coordinator and Global Marketing Manager, cooperating and communicating horizontally with marketing and research specialists, graphic designers, and PR teams across the organization.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, skills & abilities:Genuine passion for building a brand, organized with extreme attention to detail, creative flair and attitude is a must! Great communication skills with the ability to create rapport and marketing strategy buy-in on a global level, strong copywriting skills a definite plus!Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, no back-seat team candidates requiredCopywriting skills a plusNative English-level communication is essentialMinimum educational level:Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, communications or related field. Preferred experience:Minimum 3 years marketing experience, agency background welcomed.
