As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the success of core systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce. You'll be responsible for managing the product roadmap, ensuring that business goals and customer needs are met. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll define, prioritize, and deliver product increments that provide exceptional value. Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and customer value.
Work closely with stakeholders—including customers, developers, and business analysts—to gather requirements and create clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Translate customer requirements into functional specifications using flow charts, tickets, and other tools to guide implementation teams.
Lead regular backlog grooming sessions and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, focusing on enhancing user and customer experience.
Work with project managers to ensure that changes to scope and budget are properly communicated and approved.
Deliver clear, engaging, and well-organized presentations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across all functions of the organization to ensure successful product development and launch.
Provide training to end users and help drive adoption of new features across business units.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 2 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and take action.
Deep understanding of the Product, Application, and Project Management Life Cycle.
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping shape the company's growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional follow-through.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Project Management tools, and relevant software.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of product and application lifecycles.

Important Information:
This position is not remote and requires on-site presence in Los Angeles, CA.
