• Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)

Your Responsibilities:

• Make warm sales calls from a large membership database
• Identify member needs and explain the importance of supplemental benefits
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process
• Maintain contact with members , addressing questions and concerns
• Support policyholders after enrollment, offering policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance
• Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards
