Job Description
**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Radiation Therapy Tech** to join our Dynamic Radiation Oncology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
+ Operating radiation therapy equipment, such as Linear Accelerators (LINACs), to administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer.
+ The technician will collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to ensure accurate treatment delivery, patient positioning, and safety protocols.
+ Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment functionality and safety.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience required.
+ AHA BLS certification required.
+ ARRT License (national) required,
+ CRT (state) required.
+ Fluoroscopy certification required.
+ Fire Safety card required. (must obtain within 90 days of start date)
