Fox Motors has a Sales Assistant opening in Novi, MI at Cadillac of Novi. You would contribute to our overall vision, “Working together moving people throughout life,” by maintaining our highest standards for vehicle presentation and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Assistant is a team player that supports the sales team to ensure the departments success. As a Sales Assistant, you are responsible for assisting new customers in learning the features and benefits of their new or pre-owned vehicle at time of delivery. Assisting customers with technology on the vehicles; ensuring Cadillac apps are accessible as well as EV apps needed for new drivers. • Ensuring vehicles have gas
• Taking vehicles to detail to have scheduled clean up performed
• Moving vehicles on/off premises
• Delivery of new or loaner vehicles to guests at residence or business
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
• Removes all window stickers on sold vehicles.
• Snow removal as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Product knowledge/technology proficiency/Cadillac-level guest experience
• Understanding of sales process
• Solid communication skills.
• Team player.
• Valid driver’s license.
