We are looking for an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) to support our Sales and Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals. This role plays a key part in managing prospect relationships, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update prospect records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Assist in developing strong relationships with potential residents by understanding their needs and showcasing the community's offerings.
Ensure model apartments are well-maintained and ready for tours.
Support the sales team in setting, tracking, and achieving sales goals.
Conduct outreach calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed presentations about the community.
Facilitate the move-in process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and assessments are completed in a timely manner.
Welcome new residents and their families on move-in day, offering a smooth and supportive transition.
Coordinate with care teams to ensure resident needs are met from day one.
Organize and support on-site sales and marketing events.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on best practices.
Uphold community standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a sales support role or two years of experience in a senior living or customer service setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.
Comfort with facilitating small group presentations and building relationships with prospects and families.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
Problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making abilities.
