Job Description:   Are you a motivated and outgoing individual with a passion for sales and community engagement? Join our dynamic team as a  Sales Assistant , where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our fundraising merchandise programs.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and client engagement
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, organizations, and community groups
• Educate clients on our fundraising merchandise and tailor solutions to meet their needs
• Manage and track sales performance while meeting or exceeding targets
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at events and in-person meetings
• Explore new market opportunities to expand our reach and impact

Requirements:

• Reliable daily commute
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently or in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
