Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location: Canada- Remote

Experience : 1 to 3 years - 4 to 6 years - 10 years

Job Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business, and providing support to users. You will play a critical role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce applications to maximize productivity, improve business processes, and ensure smooth integration across various business units.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Salesforce Platform Management :

    • Configure, manage, and optimize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related tools.
    • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, such as custom fields, objects, page layouts, record types, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
    • Ensure that Salesforce is running optimally by monitoring system performance, reviewing reports, and addressing issues as needed.
  2. User Management & Support :

    • Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
    • Provide ongoing support for users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training when needed.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and create user documentation to ensure users understand Salesforce functionality.
  3. Data Management :

    • Oversee data imports, exports, and data quality efforts within Salesforce.
    • Perform data cleansing and data validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in Salesforce.
    • Regularly back up Salesforce data and ensure proper data retention and compliance practices.
  4. Automation & Workflow :

    • Implement and manage process automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow Builder to streamline business processes.
    • Design and maintain approval processes, task automation, and email alerts.
    • Create reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  5. Reports & Dashboards :

    • Design and develop customized reports and dashboards to meet the needs of different departments.
    • Analyze business requirements and ensure that reporting and analytics solutions are aligned with company goals.
    • Ensure proper report access controls to protect sensitive information.
  6. Salesforce Updates & Release Management :

    • Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
    • Manage sandbox environments and deploy changes from sandbox to production using change sets, packages, or other deployment tools.
    • Plan and execute Salesforce releases, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
  7. Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination :

    • Work closely with business teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to gather requirements and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
    • Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and services.
  8. Security & Compliance :

    • Maintain and ensure proper security protocols, including user access controls, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
    • Ensure that Salesforce is compliant with organizational and regulatory security standards.
